01About these terms

This website is run by AI-Mond (“we”, “us”), registered at CC 8011, 12, 13, Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

02The AI-Mond service

The site describes AI-Mond and lets you book a demo. Access to the service itself, including uploading documents, is available only under a separate written agreement between your firm and AI-Mond. That agreement sets out what is provided, the fees, how your data is handled and each side’s responsibilities.

Descriptions and sample cases on this site, such as the Fernandes family case, are illustrations with fictional people and businesses. They show how the product works; they are not a promise of a specific result on your documents.

03Acceptable use

When you use this site, please don’t:

• send us, or upload anywhere on it, documents you don’t have the right to share or process;
• copy the bank directory in bulk, or scrape, crawl or harvest it with automated tools, beyond what normal search-engine indexing does;
• try to get around the bot checks, rate limits or other protections on the site;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site or the service, or try to get into any part you aren’t meant to;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the site’s software or the AI-Mond product;
• use the site to break the law, or to mislead anyone about who you are.

If you think you have found a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] rather than testing it further.

04The bank directory

The bank directory lists banks, branches and IFSC codes from the Reserve Bank of India’s public IFSC list, as published in Razorpay’s open IFSC dataset. We provide it as-is, for reference.

• Branch details, codes and payment-system availability change. Check with the bank before you rely on them, for example before making a payment.
• A bank appearing in the directory, or in a sample, doesn’t mean it partners with or endorses AI-Mond. Bank names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

05Our content

The site’s design, text, illustrations, software and the AI-Mond name and mark belong to AI-Mond or the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don’t reproduce substantial parts of it, or use our name or mark, without our written permission.

Third-party material keeps its own licence: for example, the IFSC data is used under the MIT licence.

06Other websites

The site links to services we don’t run, such as Cal.com for booking a call. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

07Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

Nothing on this site is professional, tax, legal or credit advice. Findings and figures that AI-Mond produces support a professional’s judgement; they don’t replace it.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, AI-Mond isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, that comes from using this website or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Liability for the AI-Mond service is governed by your firm’s agreement with us.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
